Henrico Police officials are seeking the public’s help to solve the 2018 death investigation of Starquay Spruill, who had been missing nearly a month when her body was found Sept. 3, 2018 inside a large, spray-painted wooden box near the 4100 block of Benton Avenue near Richmond Raceway. “It looked like a homemade coffin,” said Henrico Police Detective Chris Henry. “It was a plywood box big enough to put a body inside.
