Paul Randall Chapman, Sr., 78, of Sandston, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021. He was born in Coal Grove, OH and was a U. S. Navy Veteran aboard the USS Forrestal. He retired from Lucent Technologies and was a member of the American Legion Post 144, Masonic Lodge, Richmond, Randolph 19, Scottish Rite and the Shriners. He loved his Lord Jesus Christ with all of his heart and soul. He loved animals, especially dogs, and enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family.
