The two people found dead inside a Quarter Mill apartment in Henrico’s West End Tuesday night have been identified as 18-year-old Aureon R. Evans of Richmond and 19-year-old Antoine M. Hill. Jr. of Henrico, according to Henrico Police. The families of both have been notified. The two knew each other, according to police. The cause of death has not yet been provided.
