For the second time in four days, Transportation Security Administration officers at Richmond International Airport prevented a traveler from boarding a flight with a loaded gun. On May 10, they stopped a Newport News woman from boarding with a 9mm handgun loaded with five bullets. On May 6, they had stopped a woman from carrying a loaded .38-caliber revolver onto her flight.
