P.M. –Henrico Police Wednesday announced the name of the woman killed in last night’s shooting at the Extended Stay America Hotel in the Near West End. She was 37-year-old Ashley Nicole Tolliver. Police did not say where she lived. Police are seeking Kevin K. Mitchell (pictured) in connection with the shooting.
