Henrico Police have arrested and charged a 19-year-old with felony hit and run in connection with a crash that killed a 43-year-old Henrico woman Saturday night in the West End Manor neighborhood. Meleana Klenota is charged in the incident, in which Shannon O’Leary was struck and killed in the 9300 block of Meadowgreen Road, in the front yard of a residence, according to police.
