Henrico Police arrested and charged a 68-year-old man they believe went on an early morning rampage in Lakeside, smashing garage doors at three separate buildings, including a fire station and rescue squad. The suspect, Lawrence S. Ingraham, faces three counts of felony vandalism, one for each location. According to police, the first incident occurred when a Honda Odyssey struck the garage doors of Henrico Fire Station No. 5 in the 6900 block of Lakeside Avenue early Tuesday morning.
