The Richmond and Henrico Health Districts are entering Phase 1C of COVID-19 vaccinations early. The RHHD Wednesday is emailing 7,500 people from the two localities who are eligible in Phase 1C and who have pre-registered for the vaccine, offering them the chance to schedule a vaccination time.
