We all know it's important to listen as a leader, but do you know just how powerful it can be?
In this inspiration episode with President and CEO of Meals on Wheels Montgomery County, Summer Day, not only will you get to hear about the impactful work that their organization does for homebound seniors, but you'll also hear how she's used listening to mobilize a passionate team and to navigate the team through potentially divisive issues that are common in our current times. Not only that, you'll hear how listening to their clients' needs has led to innovative programs that have met important needs for the community.

Summer has almost 20 years of experience in public relations , communications, administration, and planning across diverse industries, with the past 11 being in the nonprofit sector. She's a mom to two college students (new empty-nester) and a long time resident of Montgomery County Texas. She's a passionate advocate for senior needs and an inspiration to many, including me.
