Eric is the Founder and CEO of Leverage Disability and works directly with university athletic directors at most of the Power Five institutions to assist with their student-athlete disability insurance needs. He played collegiately for the University of Kansas and was drafted by the New York Knicks in the 2nd round (42nd overall pick) of the 2001 NBA Draft.
