We all want our kids to be successful, caring, smart humans.  There is no doubt how we talk to them now has a huge influence on who they are as adults.  Paul Axtell author of 'Ten Powerful Things to Say to Your Kids' tells us what to say, what not to say and how we are doing so far as parents!  Plus my daughter Sophia gives her 2 cents on a few other things kids like to hear.  Recess cancelled?  no way!!

This week Irma tackles a subject no one wants to start - but if you're a parent of a girl - you have no choice.
