Have you ever caught yourself saying things like:

"I'm just an anxious person."

"I'm always behind."

"I'm not organized."

"I'm bad with money."

"I'm the one who takes care of everyone else."

What if those things aren't facts?

What if they're simply stories you've told yourself for so long that they've become part of your identity?

In this episode of Mom Maintenance, I explore how our brains take experiences, assign meaning to them, and slowly turn those meanings into beliefs about who we are. I'll share some of the stories I've carried throughout my own life and explain why becoming aware of them has completely changed the way I make decisions.

Because sometimes the greatest limitations in our lives aren't our circumstances at all. They're the invisible rules we've created about who we're allowed to be.

This week, I invite you to ask yourself one simple question:

Who have I decided I am?

You might be surprised by the answer.
