Taking the First Step

Sisyphus was condemned to pushing a boulder up a hill forever. When he would get to the top, it would roll back down and he would start all over again. I feel like that is applicable to so many areas in our daily lives and life in general. 

This podcast is going to take you with me on my weight loss journey and the boulder I feel like I am pushing up a hill. Which I have done before and this time I want to share it.
