Hey Modern Broads!

This episode is all about setting healthy personal boundaries! Which is critical to living our most fulfilling, abundant life! So what is a boundary? A boundary refers to "the limits and rules we set for ourselves within relationships". 

In this episode, I talk about ways you can start setting boundaries, I share examples of boundaries in my own life, and I give you journaling questions to help you explore where you may benefit from setting more boundaries (see below).

  1. Where are you leaking your energy? Who/what is sucking energy from you? Where can you cut things / people out of your life? Tune into your intuition, what do you truly want/need? How can you ask for this (or demand it)? What is driving your decisions?
  2. What did you learn about setting boundaries as a child? Who were you supposed to be in relation to other people? How is that still showing up now as an adult? Is it benefiting you? What boundaries could you set to better support the highest version of yourself?
