Nicole Armstrong is the Founder & CEO of Queen City Certified - the US’ first data-driven employer certification and cohort-based leadership program for gender equity in the workplace. In less than 3 years, QCC has won awards and accolades - but more importantly impacted more than 7,500 employees nationwide - by providing a roadmap for policies that foster more diverse and inclusive workplaces.
