4. Veteran Critical Theory with Wayne Taylor

MITM is about the current barriers in the cybersecurity industry such as starting out, the misconception of the "Entry-Level" position, everyone needing a CISSP, 5+ years of experience, how to gain experience, and how to level up your career in general. The host, Mike Darlan, will be sitting down with industry leaders and professionals in the cybersecurity industry to discuss the paths they took that lead them to where they are today. Mike will also sit down with students, recent graduates, and those looking for work to get their input on how the industry stands and the barriers they face.
