Olly Birkbeck was a soldier and journalist then became a farmer by accident. He quickly realised modern farming methods were not helping wild animals and plants at all. As a matter of fact, they are making things worse. He began his quest to bring wildlife back by letting half his land grow wild and let nature do her thing - called REWILDING . It's a controversial subject and not everyone will agree but something needs to be done. I'm glad he's leading the charge.
