His kitchen inspiration is southern in nature. The Southern United States (Alabama!) and Southern Italy. He has mastered the simplest dishes—which are not so simple to perfectly execute.

Now, with 1 in 5 unemployed people in the US is from the restaurant industry. But it also affects wineries, distilleries, farmers, and every part of the supply chain. Now what? How do we see our way through this and back into the dining room?
