Dustin Flores is the Agency Director at The Mine Talent Agency. He currently oversees their offices in New York and Los Angeles. Dustin moved to New York in 1999 to attend the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. After a successful performing career, Dustin transitioned to the other side of the table.
