The e-commerce sector finds itself in a unique position in India. It has lost millions of dollars due to the pandemic induced lockdown that has choked supply chains and restricted deliveries. But these issues aside, there is little doubt that the sector is set to play a decisive role in our lives as we adjust to the changed realities.
