With this Mingle Moment--I discuss the significance of the whistle in Chicago.  One night, I heard someone whistling outside of my apartment building in Chicago--and I couldn't help but wonder why someone would whistle in the middle of the night.  I want my FELLOW MINGLERS to think about the significance of the whistles, bells, or any other type of noise that may shape the course of their personal growth efforts.
