You know the human mind can be a creative monster and can come up with some horrible ideas of who we are, but it’s important to remember that your worst thoughts about yourself aren’t necessarily true.
Feeling happy when you look in the mirror should be as easy as seeing the one you love for the first time it should not be a hard thing to do, yet, for a lot of us is can be a daily struggle and can stop us doing what we would love to do whether that’s going for a new job, finding a new partner or just as simple as going out and socialising.
There are so many different parts within us and the one that shouts the loudest usually wins.
