I'm not a gym expert, but I do believe that attending the gym with purpose is one of the best personal development tools out there. It can help with an array of things like confidence, self-image and a plethora of mental and physical health benefits. 

In this episode, I talk about how you can strategically position yourself to attend your local gym with a purpose. It's not easy (I would know!) but it is possible.
