I was so wrapped up in my children’s lives that all of a sudden when they needed me less and became more independent I started to feel redundant.

I realised I didn't have anything for me, of my own, something that made me feel like a real person and not just a Mum.

​It's taken me a long time to find myself again and really believe in myself enough to go for what I want, but here I am!

And I'm ready to help you do the same NOW, so you don't have to waste the next few years figuring it out on your own!
