For our second Domestic Violence Awareness Month episode, we will be discussing Orders of Protection. You will learn the requirements to request an Order of Protection, the standard for the Court to grant it, and what relief can be ordered. We will also cover how to actually apply for an Order of Protection and what happens after an Order of Protection is granted.
