Grief is a natural reaction of the heart to loss. By allowing ourselves to be touched by the pain of grief, we deeply touch deep the vulnerability in our hearts. The deeper the love was, the greater the grief. In this meditation, we welcome them both. To help heal the suffering, we lovingly open our hearts, feeling compassion for ourselves and all beings.
