Women’s Connection is a national organization for women 50 and forward.  Women&#39;s Connection members value life
experience and challenge stereotypes and outdated assumptions about aging. There are several chapters across the country.  In addition to other volunteer opportunities, the Philadelphia Chapter is partnering with Why Not Prosper to help further their mission of supporting women in the transition from incarceration to reintegration into the community.

My focus of meditation and coaching is body-based mindfulness. In this podcast we will speak with people who have mindfully navigated across a gap in life. We have all encountered a gaps in our life. I became aware of a major gap and hurdle in my life through mindfulness and I'd like to learn from others how they have found a way to bridge their own gap.
