In this episode we look at the impact of racism on the mental health of young African/ Irish people living in Ireland. These are the first of many personal stories on the impact of racism on mental health. Our two special guests, Samuel Oyediran and Bimbola Oyediran give us candid details of their inner struggles that led to departure from Irish shores to settle in neighbouring countries in Europe. Lastly, the Chairperson of the African Solidarity Centre in Ireland, Lassane Quaedraogo gives us clarity and insights into the crisis of mental health experienced young African/Irish.
