This week, Kali and Bernice talk about the importance of acknowledging and honoring the darkness that we all carry within us (or in our "backpacks.") . As humans we all have aspects of masculinity and femininity, light and dark, yin and yang, and these contrasts are what make us whole. We look into how our culture is uncomfortable with holding space for the negative, but how Oula can provide a safe space to explore the complexities of the human experience, including bringing the shadows to light.​
