While looking for supplies at the Anundiel Trading Company's  headquarters in Veranmoor, Dax spoke an aberrant phrase into the mind of  the head of the company's son after he was abrasive and rude, and upon  doing so he began pooling blood from the orifices of his face and  praising an entity known as Ubeliek.
