So make time for you so you don’t suffer with feelings of mental and physical overwhelm. When your usual self care isn’t working you need to try something different and there is no shame in seeking professional help, give yourself a helping hand, call your doctors, get support, have therapy whatever it is just don’t suffer alone! Don’t make it worse and let it build up to an unmanageable point. Trust me you will be doing yourself a massive favour and feel so much better, I’m with you, YOU GOT THIS xxxx
