So lets loop back to the beginning - budgets. If you haven't already, please go listen to Episode 2.  In this episode I discuss the pocket money method - where you pay yourself a set amount each pay period to "splurge" in order to save more effectively. Has investing always frightened you? I was the same, and when I did finally start I made some huge mistakes. Trying to pick sticks with limited time and limited knowledge, caused some big losses in my initial journey.    That’s where I found ETF’s. These allowed me to feel secure while investing. Knowing that my funds are being spread between companies which have been highly researched by the ETF founders.   As a retail investor we often miss those key stocks which fund managers have access to.
