Sybylla "Byll" Stephen, is one half of of the entertainment phenomenon that its Teeny Tiny Stevies. She is a singer, songwriter, author and a blood donor. 

The music of The Teeny Tiny Stevies has been Marleigh's constant companion through her treatment for Autoimmune Encephalitis and has kept her entertained through many a night of the insomnia that is a residual side effect of her treatment.
