In the first half of this episode, I talk about the journey that led me to discover the plant medicine, ayahuasca. In the second half I talk about my experience of finally arriving in Peru and spending 6 days in the Amazon port city of Iquitos before heading deep into the jungle for 9 days to participate in my first ayahuasca ceremony.
