King Shampz, a rising talent in Philly, joins Tim Lawson this week.

King Shampz reached out to the show via Twitter sharing his music. After listening to a few tracks, we decided to bring him on.

The interview includes discussion on creative process, getting into hip hop, and the culture in Philly. The two also get into a moment when King Shampz felt exceptionally proud of a set of lyrics.
