Nancianne is a founding partner of Aydelotte & Scardella Law, LLC, a criminal defense law firm with offices in Hamilton and Haddon Heights, New Jersey.  She started her legal career as the law clerk to the late Honorable Max A. Baker, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey - Atlantic County, Criminal Division.

Nancianne is a frequent lecturer on topics pertaining to ethics, criminal law, municipal court, and restraining order practice and procedure.  She is a Camden County Bar Association Trustee and sits on several of its committees, including as co-chair of the Municipal Court Practice Committee.  She has been named a NJ Super Lawyer "Rising Star" for the past 4 years and named as an "Awesome Attorney" by South Jersey Magazine in 2018.
