Today's episode is a conversation that I had with Diane Santos. Diane worked for 20 years in food services at a casino, and one day her company decided that her department was going to be outsourced. She realized she had a huge opportunity to do something different and to reinvent herself!

During our conversation she also shares about a TikTok that she made about her life that went viral. Diane's soul mate passed away unexpectedly when she was in her 40's, and she shares how that experience and her grief journey helped her to navigate her life. Diane shares so many gems of wisdom from her experiences and is a huge cheerleader for women to be able to make their own money! Her story is so relatable and inspiring.
