"What can Allies Do?" Find the local organizations and programs within your community whose purpose is to provide resources, support, and empowerment for the BIPOC individuals within your community. Then: Donate, Volunteer, or find other ways to support them.

Bridging the Gap

Consider this a series of virtual messages in a bottle to all my fellow insomniacs who stay up all night pondering life's most elusive questions. Hopefully this podcast gives you a way to not feel alone with your thoughts, and me a socially acceptable way to talk to myself.
That said, time is fluid so maybe this is just our creative way of finding each other and having the conversations we crave most at ungodly hours.
