I recently finished a home remodeling project for Glenn Olander and Shirley Sloper.  I went back and spent some time with Glenn.  We talked about the project from buying the home to the end of the remodeling project.  Unfortunately, Shirley could not join us.  However, it does give a really picture of what my clients went through during the 2 year process.
