Red Velvet are BACK, so of course I had to put 'Velvet Summer' through the Anatomy treatment!

This time though... surprisingly not THAT much to uncover? The harmonies and layering are noticeably more laid back and simple than what we usually get from Red Velvet, which is a bit of a shame considering how ridiculous their vocal arrangements can be.

I also would've LOVED more R&B on an album called Velvet Summer 😭 but thankfully "Orchestra" came through and gave me some of what I was craving.

Still VERY happy to have them back and hear these voices together again. A simpler Anatomy episode this time, but an interesting one nonetheless!
