**Audio Only** In our culture, attaching ourselves to a strong set of certain beliefs is central to who we think we are as individuals. But in Buddhism, it is said that attachment is the very core of our suffering. What can we learn about how attached we are (to things, beliefs, ideas, people) and how to allow ourselves to step back from those attachments so we can see the true nature of things in the world?
