Mergoddess shares her reflection of the expansion of consciousness she witnessed in her body at the USMS Nationals Meet.  When we allow more light to enter our bodies, dense energy must be removed.  The ego's job is to keep you safe.  When we can take a step back and observe the ego and give it something else to do.  We are able to hold the highest vibration into the now.
