We often ignore the most important person in our lives, ourselves. Being constantly surrounded by negative news, seeing horrific things happen around the world often heightens our anxiety, without giving the slightest indications. We have a lot to learn from the pandemic, especially about our mental health. Seeing ‘Millionaire Teenagers’ or Successful Influencers’ on social media often leaves a void in our lives, primarily due to jealousy, inadequacy, and feeling under-confident. In times like these, we need to remind ourselves about the things we are grateful for, the things that we have been taking for granted all this while. It personally has had a profound impact on me and has drastically changed the way I choose to lead my life. Whining is never the solution. You are enough.
