This podcast's purpose is to inspire listeners to embrace mental health in an educational way. To do this, we intend to keep them informed about mental health issues that cut across our lives for example relationships, career, family, academics among many others. This will better their day to day obligations in order to change their lives.
We shall be dropping podcast series with in-depth detailed episodes twice a month. Expect guest speakers once in a while to help with their experience in a field of topic.
