About Today's Guest:
Jeff Guenther, LPC is a therapist in Portland, OR. He’s been a practicing therapist since 2005. His therapeutic career started out at a crisis line as well as a local agency where he counseled teenager and families. He has spent most of his career in private practice counseling adults and specializing in relationships. Jeff co-founded a progressive national therapist directory, TherapyDen.com, in 2017.
