MOD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date.  Since our focus is principled and always happening now - each will always reflect the fluid motion of current events.

We are free to choose what we think.  It is what we choose that largely impacts our experience.  It is how well we think about what is happening that determines our sense of well-being.

Thoughts defend what is not true or real since what is false has no basis beyond what is thought.  Truth and reality, not being at risk, are not threatened by thought or anything else.

Thoughts are primary actions, or causes, that precede all interactions or inter-reactions. The distinction is identified by a fight or peaceful coexistence.  Thoughts we don’t think we’re thinking seem to happen to us - and so reactions only defend positions impossible to maintain.

Reactive thoughts are obsessive thoughts thinking the longer they are maintained the greater the chance they’ll come true. True is already true, always present, always where we are, as we are, now.

Feelings are bodily effects largely reflecting how well or poorly we are thinking on behalf of our bodily experience. Feelings are aware of what we are doing and so we feel bad when we're entertaining bad thoughts.  To notice feelings actually reflect thought is to have the added perspective of an accurate view.

TRUTH AND REALITY do not cause feelings since they are absolute just as thinking does not cause reality.  If this were not true we would not be so keenly aware of what is wrong with our thinking even as we try to assign the problem we choose to create to the world, its people, God, or our circumstances.

Thoughts can be quickly stabilized by considering what they are, as they are now.  Like truth is true, Reality is real, We are as We Are, thoughts are thoughts and as they are now.  Fighting what is happening as it is happening is fruitless.  Thinking of things in general terms avoids the specificity used to constantly redefine, and fight over words that never settle enough to stay still. Seeing things in broad simple terms integrates thought with inclusivity and indivisibilty.

Complications stem from trying to over-clarify what is simple as though identifying what is Absolutely Known - and never changes - can ever be contained or described in more and more words.  This does not mean we cannot explore our thoughts or expand our vocabulary.  Only that if the basis of our thinking about what is Absolute is conflicted subsequent thoughts and words will only add more complications to the conflict.

Intuition is knowledge beyond reason so thought and understanding are not its source. This knowledge is never blocked by obsessive thoughts. It is only our preoccupation attending to these desperately maligned thoughts that give us that impression.

Maintaining chronic impressions creates depression as the natural weight we bear trying to maintain these ideas - while maintaining that truth and realty is nothing more than make believe.

Things are as they are not as they seem or appear. Self-induced and self-imposed effects do not reflect reality but belief in a self that is made up in thought.  When fantasy appears as reality the definition for insanity is complete.
