MOD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date. Since our focus is principled and always happening now - each will always reflect the fluid nature of current events.
The right to think does not make what we think right. Inner conflict and emotional turmoil reflect lies that only appear to exist in thought.
Once thoughts seem true thinking we create reality we imagine what we think is who and all we are. Imposter syndrome is the imposition of these thoughts posing as our “self”. The consequence of this mistaken identity is to feel we don’t belong where we are so constantly try get where we think we should be. Trying to feel better is typical. These conditions are caused by us and since they are wrong seem to happen to us
Truth and Reality do not change. Truth sets us Free from false beliefs fighting for proof of truth since they have no use or basis in reality. Reality does not fight or need proof as it is as it is regardless of insufferable thoughts. Essence is essential and optimal, not optional or negotiable. We know we know and are aware we are aware.
All voluntary actions start with a thought. Only wrong thoughts, freely thought to be right, have us think escaping the disturbance created through reactive, impulsive, and compulsive behaviors is possible. Effects are the mirror image of cause. Problems persist when thought of inaccurately. A lie as a lie is no longer a lie. Wrong as wrong is right. It is the immediacy of our conflicted thoughts that impacts us. Aligning with what is actually happening has peace at the basis of considerate “response-able” choices rather than chronic thoughts fighting to be right leading to a flurry of more desperate decision.
We are free to choose what we think. Consequences reflect the experience we create. Circumstance offers perspective. To deny either or both is to miss they are a manifest mirror to see mistaken ideas clearly. To act oblivious to what is obvious is a choice.
What is absolute is indivisible, present, available, in reach, and always whole no matter our effort to pretend otherwise. Understanding is how the seeming invisibility of indivisibility can be seen. To understand our absolute nature is to dissipate conflict only occurring in thought. "Fools ( foolish thoughts ) rush in where Angels fear to tread." Angels know better than to create fear by imagining they are the creators of - rather than expressions of - reality. To think of insanity as our only possibility is to feel dispossessed while possessed and condemned by a force acting against us. Creating this impression to excuse our involvement is a prayer not to exist. Obsessive thoughts lead to behaviors that are always suicidal tendencies.
Thinking about thinking itself does not create us it creates more thought. To talk or think to our self is to talk and think of our thinking. To think of something we have as something we “have” to do twists a choice into something we think we are condemned to do.
Our discussion is an awakened contemplative mediation to apply what we know even as we may not think so. Discussing things openly has emptiness become full of emptiness rather than a vacuum we obsessively try to fill. Openly discussing what is happening as it is happening is an exercise expressive our natural stability and abilities. Nature is easy. Fighting it is hard since the only seeming gain is complication and pain. Pain, like numbness, is evidence something is wrong, not reality.
Sanity is not insane. Let's talk about it.
