• The trap of addiction is trying to feel better about what we are doing (thinking) that is wrong

• Feelings accurately reflect what we think so distractions give a false impression we've escaped the turmoil we make
• Reinforced impressions are depressing 

• If what is, is, then what we think about it is not what it is, but what we think
• To think things are as we think they are is to think they are only what we think

• Addiction is a mental disturbance, disorder, dis-ease 
• Mentally obsessive thinking is central to addiction and other anxiety disorders

• If all that is possible is possible now - then talking about it would naturally increase the expression of greater possibilities than reinforce limited ideas.
