Some topics explored:

  • Problems are a misapplication of solutions
  • Problems are exercises
  • Math problems are solved by applying principles - so too are human problems.
  • Math problems are an exercise in learning
  • Thinking is something we do not who or what we are
  • Problems are only problems as long as what we think of them is wrong
  • Our discussion is an exercise in talking honestly about what is happening
  • Watching our words is not censorship but noticing our words help us see our thoughts
  • Reactions are over-reactions; redundant echoes of chronic repetition
  • That we think is not a choice but what we think is.
  • Obsessive thinking is an obsession and a compulsion.
  • Self-will is a choice to act on what we think.
  • Social ills are reflections of mental illness
  • If all that is, IS then we are of IT so thinking of IT incorrectly only causes inner conflict for the thinker.
  • Thinking is something we do not who or what we are
  • All that is happening is happening now - where problems are created and solved
  • Satisfying primary needs relieves stress
  • We are always present
  • There is no other place to be than  where we are here and now
  • All that is happening can only happen in the present.

Consider:

There is always more happening than we think unless we're thinking in absolute terms.

Thinking it possible to do any more or less than what is happening now is to think we can or should be anywhere else but where we are now.

Imagine the interminable conflict created by making believe a lie is true.
