Our discussion is not academic, a scientific thesis, medical diagnosis, prognosis, prescription, discipline, philosophy or treatment. It is based on experience and so not opposed to any person, place, or thing: real or imagined nor is our discourse religious or ritualistic. Considering what is said is not a replacement for taking direction from responsible parties you rely on or are under the care of including professionals. Consideration is a contemplative awakened meditation. An Absolute State of Knowing Awareness is simple as it does not change. To think thoughts can change our natural state is a mistake. Mental addiction vainly attempts to reverse nature’s order. Mental disorders exemplify this. Obsessive thoughts cast shadows of doubt. Shrinking to hide these haunting effects promote them. Resistance to disturbing mental effects insures they continue. We Know We Know and are Aware We are Aware. This is how we know wrong so well. There is no wrong, fight, fear, lies or conflict in Truth and Reality.  Anxiety is mental stress imposed by obsessive thoughts. Trying to feel better or get over these reactive, impulsive or compulsive urges makes matters worse. Pain draws attention to what is wrong. Obsessive thinking is a choice that can seem to condemn us. We are free to think what we want. Choices are the will to want what we get and have. Choosing thoughts we disclaim is the choice to act irresponsibly. Our right to freely choose does not make choices right. We are responsible for irresponsible choices since we are naturally free. Talking and thinking to our thoughts creates more thoughts thinking of themselves - not myself, yourself or our selves. Thoughts are not who we are but something we do and we cannot be what we do even while imagining thoughts create reality. To any degree  thoughts untrue are believed true we choose unhealthy, ill-at-ease, inner-conflicted emotional turmoil. Thinking these conditions happen to us is another attempt at reversing nature’s order. Feeling lonely and condemned are accurate reflections of this irrational baseless lonely thinking - not who we are but something done in thought.  Acting oblivious tries to blow the death wish of oblivion out while it is a suicidal fight for non-existence. Saying we’re sick with a runny nose is common. When racing thoughts occur we very often tend toward: “Fine thanks, how are you?”I'm no Einstein, but Albert was, and along with many other noted voices, he said: “You cannot fix a problem with the same thinking that created it.”Symptomatic recovery does not cure the obsessive mental illness but clears the looking glass so the nature of the problem can be seen clearly.  Emotional sobriety is sane living.  Once we think wrong is wrong thoughts align. Proper alignment - rather than interminably maligned inner conflict -  sanely allows us to right any wrong and rest in peace on earth rather than praying forever for relief that never comes. Little, if any,  belief, faith, hope, or trust in what is Absolute is required since any reliance on what is real is confirmed immediately once applied. Awe and inspiration are the actualization and realization that all that is possible is happening here, now, for all that is and all that are - always in all ways.Thoughts naturally align with the stability of our knowing awareness when we’re not he’ll bent trying to prove they’re not. We can stand stably and assured to express the abundance our essential loving essence provides - and we can know we know this even while losing course by thinking otherwise since Reality and Truth stay the same no matter what we think. We know Jack since Knowing’s nature is Absolute - it is neither negotiable, occasional  or optional. Sanity is the natural state of Reality.

MOD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date.  Our focus is principled -  always happening now - so each episode reflects the fluidity and immediacy of the current events we share.  Life provides all possibilities including the right to think impossibility is possible.  Reality and Truth do not suffer when we suffer the thoughts we make up.  To think thought is reality and then wonder why we feel disconnected indicates we can’t imagine it could be any disconnected thought we are feeling. Sobriety is sanity from any compulsion.  Emotional sobriety is sane living. Honesty is not waiting and wanting only to say the right thing. Honesty is an accurate assessment and open expression of what is right or wrong - now. We know the difference. We would not feel guilt or shame if we didn’t. To think all we are and all that is happening is only what we think is to think thoughts are reality, truth, and always right. It is not sane to set this collision course up and then blame life for seeming impossible. Free will is the right to think what we want. This does not mean what we think is right. Insanity’s guarantor is thinking it’s sane. The cure for our state of thought is the freedom we have to think about our experience  honestly.  Nobody can do this for us.  Thinking it is impossible to come to terms with mental problems is to imagine effects act on their own and have nothing to do with how we’re thinking. Think again. Cause precedes effects while effects are simultaneous reflections of cause, like any reflection. The two are inseparable. To miss this point is to imagine effects are a lost cause - impossible to stop so trying to get over them or feel better about them is futile, frustrating and seems to be the nature of life while based in unnatural thought. To think nothing can be done while chronically focusing on the effect is crazy in the making since distractions perpetuate the cause. The obvious does not disappear when we aren’t looking . Fantasy as reality imagines each have become the other.  Any lie lasts only as long as it is thought to be the one thing it can never be - true.  Impossibility seen as impossible is aligned with and can be utilized in our human expression of reality. Talking internally to shifting thoughts about this “sleight of hand” indicates an awareness of doubt and questionable motives. We know more than we think and we know better than to think all we know is limited to what we think. We would not have such great capacity to think, feel and know what is wrong if this was wrong. Insanity is seeing and hearing things that are not happening. There’s nothing wrong with playing games though there is no winning gain in losing our brain’s ability to function productively and usefully. Having our experience as it happens provides imagination the fluidity to naturally evaporate into expansive consideration rather than resist and perpetually shrink wrap chronic thought into a smaller and smaller ball trying to make a point never made - as though more of the same is all we can do amd doing more of it will fix the problem thinking creates. [email protected]

Thinking about thinking itself does not create our self as anything other than what is imagined, in thought. Thoughts serving thoughts create fear once we think we become their reality they seem to become our master.  We know better so acting otherwise we feel afraid. Thinking we’ve been reduced to only what we think is Insane. Insanity never thinks it’s insane. Guilt and shame are byproducts of this imagined master as we bear like slaves “its” unbending rule - as though our chance and choice to dream is reality.  To think Life becomes impossible because we choose to believe in impossible ideas reinforce the idea we have nothing to do with obsessive thoughts. We can think whatever we want. Trying to feel better or get over any disturbance treats the effect by thinking that avoiding the cause is possible.  Ignoring disease is not a cure but a guarantee it will get worse. When thinking is imagined to be reality the defensiveness to be right is an automatic fight for what is wrong. It is the present thought - that triggers obsessive thinking NOW. There is nothing to stop when of obsessive thinking is seen clearly. Feeling confused disappears as it becomes obvious we have absolutely no obligation whatsoever to continue. We know what we are doing or would not feel bad or wrong. We would not be ashamed if all we could do was the same thing over and over again while watching things get worse. Ovid’s story of Narcissus is over two thousand years old. Briefly: Narcissus fell in love with his image as his reality. This meant he could not love or care for anyone else or attend to his basic needs. So he starved to death along with others like Echo who died by their own hand for their unrequited love for him. In both cases, love’s ideal was perverted. This story is told by anyone and everyone who thinks they are or their "reality" is only a thought’s image of itself.  Obsessive thoughts are narcissistic.  Our image is an image just as our thoughts are thoughts. Neither determine reality nor are products of real possibilities.   Self-centered thinking has been occurring as long as righteous indignation has ignited hatred to justify suppressing, oppressing, or killing people for how they think or appear. For as long as thoughts are considered reality appearances and what others think are blindingly magnified to be seen as the greatest threat. If you think you have no influence over anyone consider the influence you have on everyone. If this sounds crazy how less crazy is it to think we have no influence whatsoever?  Karma as the consequences of actions is immediate and represents the sum of all that is happening as the cumulative effect of everything that has ever happened. This totality represents society, the animal kingdom, and the universe - while culture is based on what we think.Sanity or insanity, To Be or not to be still persists as a question: are we real or imagined, substantive or only projected forms appearing real? Are we only human devoid of any greater substance or is humanity a possibility of reality?  Dreams feel real. What is possible only seems impossible until we notice how condemned we think we are to repeat thoughts over and over again as a repetition of our awareness they are over as soon as they are chosen, to start with. Carry on.   [email protected]

It is not sane to set this collision course up and then blame life for seeming impossible. Free will is the right to think what we want. This does not mean what we think is always right. Circumstances are consequences offer a textbook perspective on how thinking relates to the functional nature of the unshakeable, ever-present Reality and Truth. Conflicted chronic thoughts are a natural guidance system, like pain, to draw attention to what is wrong. Ignoring this is the vain claim obsessive distractions can dominate and obscure reality while choosing to obscure thinking. Experience reckons with the weighty depressing impact of any resistance that is imagined to pose as, impose or oppose reality or truth. Thoughts are not at fault for inner conflict, emotional turmoil, or mental anguish. We freely choose to think and feel that we can be condemned by them by thinking of them as reality.  Mis-taken thoughts cause mis-givings.  Pain measures toxicity in the body's ecosystem.  Denial acts like psychic anesthesia.  Numbness is evidence of pain. Ignoring is ignorance acting like anesthesia to desensitize us to what is actually happening while struggling with effects we mistakenly determine are happening to us - not caused by us.  Overreacting when feeling out of touch can seem to be the only option to get back in touch.  Misreading our body language creates functional illiteracy as dysfunctional actions lead the charade parade. Thinking anything happening is not happening is insane once thought of as reality. Things happen as they happen.  Con-fusion reflects any divisive thought’s fight against the nature of reality that is indivisible. Loneliness is feeling disconnected thoughts once had a basis. Thoughts with no basis are not disconnected or alone they simply do not exist. Delusion as reality is insane since it cannot be real - it does not exist. Reality is not incomplete.There are no lies, ego, or addiction in reality.  Concepts are imagined in thought. Thoughts and are not inherent problems. It is only imagining them to be reality that creates the impression we can can do nothing else but act on them. This is the reactive urge of mental addiction.  What else can we think but to do the wrong thing over and over again to save a supposed self now falsely presumed to be only what we think?  Letting go of what does not exist is impossible just as an Absolute nature letting go of existence.  Lies repulse nature and threaten human survival just as addiction and cancer claim control by killing their host. When enough is never enough words and reason are of no use. Experiencing internal betrayal is present traumatic stress dis-order. Thinking we have nothing to do with insanity has us imagine thoughts happen to us. Victim mentality is seductive to the sick idea that we are irresponsible for what we are thinking. Thinking we have any hope of solving problems we claim to have nothing to do with is circular reasoning. Hoping for hopeless things to come true is just an obsessive thought trying to escape into a vicious repetitive cycle. Crazy is as crazy does. Be Cause is not an excuse but the basis of our natural functional capacity.   [email protected]

Reality is not insane.  Insanity is not reality.  To think insanity is real is to think insanely.  Perhaps this irrational approach has gone on long enough. It is what we each do that will determine how well we all do. We are free to think whatever we want. What happens happens whether we like it or think it shouldn’t be happening. To imagine thoughts are reality feels discomforting, disturbed and dis-eased by producing pressure, stress and anxiety. These conditions undermine our bodily systems ability to function.  Choosing impossibility  produces obsessive thinking trying to get somewhere that does not exist, somewhere other than here, now. Obsessions are reactive, impulsive and compulsive behaviors designed to  escape the inner conflict of any imagined reality conjured by denying actual reality. Thoughts are not the problem. Our misuse of them causes many problems. Thoughts are a product of reality designed to express it naturally and in favor of mental and physical health. We are of reality and truth we are not in thoughts no matter how deep we dig in our heels to think what we think is reality and this right. We have thoughts and how we think is a choice, something we do. We cannot be something we have or do. We Are as We Are regardless of what we think, say, feel or do.  Reality and Truth are principles of Life. They do not change, do not come or go, so cannot be more or less than all we now have. Using thoughts to define reality can easily have thinking conclude that life is hard - and that human nature is inherently flawed.  Choosing obsessively to think wrongly about reality does not confirm human nature is flawed, but confirms what we think about the nature of reality is flawed.  We are Absolutely Responsible for what we think. Thinking irresponsibly does not make up reality, make us irresponsible or eliminate or reduce our Responsibility for such thinking. What irresponsibility does when we think it is reality is tonimpose an impossible experience that is very difficult to bear. Obsessive thinking disrupts and disturbs thinking, thus our experience - not Reality. Try, try, try as we may lies will never come true no matter how long or hard we think, wish and hope they will.  Fantasy as reality, like illusions as reality, is insanity.  This “state of mind” is not imposed on us but created by us. Conflicted thoughts cause inner conflict which is a natural guidance system, like pain, to draw attention to what is wrong. Our essence is the basis for mental  stability.  Essence is essential and does not change nor can it be anywhere other than where, when, how and that we are - now.  Ignoring this is to claim obsessive distractions can dominate or obscure reality when it is only obscured thoughts we suffer. To think Reality and Truth can be fought is insane.  An Absolute nature bears no burden and does not change whatsoever when mistaken thoughts run wild trying to control reality. Our experience bears the impact we create. Thoughts are not at fault for inner conflict, emotional turmoil, or mental anguish since we freely choose them including those that have us think we are condemned by them.  Mistaken thoughts cause misgivings.  Pain is a built-in Geiger Counter measuring toxicity in our body's ecosystem including the redundancy of echoing thoughts.  Denial acts like psychic anesthesia while any resulting numbness is evidence of pain, not its absence. Ignoring is ignorance creating the seeming inability to respond or adjust to what is actually happening so automatic reactions are thought to be our only option.  Misreading our body language creates functional illiteracy.  Thinking all or some things happening are not happening is insane once thought of as reality - since things are always happening as they are happening.  Con-fused experience is a possibility not reality. Obsessive thoughts are excuses trying to deny responsibility. Denial may offer seeming relief while guaranteeing growing pains. Temporarily induced relief is not real even as we struggle to think of it as reality. Pretending problems aren’t  problems is how problems grow.  Problems seem impossibly out of control until they dissolve by facing them honestly. Denial of reality does not exist in reality but in delusion - thoughts imagined real: like lies, ego and addiction. It is impossible to let go of what does not exist just as it is impossible for an Absoute nature can let go.  Lies threaten human survival just as addiction kills its host by claiming to be its savior.  When enough is never enough words no longer have any purpose, nor reason.  This internal betrayal creates present traumatic stress reflecting disordered thoughts posing as reality. Thinking we are thinking only what we think we are thinking is a mistake. Experiencing effects is the revelation of the thoughts we cause. Thinking we have nothing to do with insanity has us imagine thoughts happen to us, having a life of their own distinct and separate from our experience and existence. Feeling alone is feeling a thought with no basis in reality. Victim mentality is seductive to the sick idea that we are irresponsible for what we are doing. Thinking we have any hope or chance of solving problems we claim to have nothing to do with creates hopelessness since we are posing as irresponsible for the effect’s cause.  We are free to think whatever we want.  We want what we think - and so can think again anytime - even when we think we cannot.  [email protected]

Reflection, as an awakened contemplative meditation, is the chance to see what we imagine, as imagined - distinct from all there is to actually see. To imagine we imagine aligns and assigns what we think we see to what we think, not all there is to see. Seeing our so-called self clearly is seeing we have mistakenly assumed thinking about itself is our self.  This is commonly referred to as ego, which has no more basis in reality than any lie. As long as we continue this line of thinking we will feel rightly lost trying to find our self among this growing host of thoughts thinking only of themselves.  Humility is having things as they are, no more or less; "right"-sized, in proper proportion; not misshapen, mistaken, maligned, or wrong. There is no conflict, grief, mourning, misery, anxiety, stress, or loss in humility as it is a reflection of the perfection of reality and truth.  Thoughts of any existing creature do not create new conscious beings within the life forms that breathe with brains and think such things.  To defend and fight for a life that does not exist is insane. Choice is will. We are free to choose whatever we want to think. Ill will acts on sick choices. Thinking sick choices create reality is to think reality is horrifying while imagining whatever we think is true - when it is wrong.  Sick choices thought of as reality is the choice to see and hear things that do not exist not only as though they are alive, but have a life of their own that can attack and condemn us. Talking to our selves ( "multiple person-ality disorder??" ) is an example, thinking about our selves is another.  Once we think that thinking is truth and reality each wrong thought we think seems to have a life of its own alongside a cacophony of other thought-less voices fighting for attention.  Paying chronic attention to settling this inner conflict leaves little attention to be paid to what is actually happening. Fundamental mistaken beliefs create interminable inner conflict, emotional turmoil, and mental anguish for as long as they are entertained, these illusions imagined to be real are maintained, groomed, and managed.  Mental illness is the natural consequence of defending this line of irrational thinking; seeing and hearing things that don’t exist. Addiction is the attempt to reverse the natural order of nature. Thinking harder and harder about sick thinking while relying only on sick thoughts is a drowning pool, suicidal tendency, and death wish. Thinking something false can be true and thus real and right easily has us imagine we are the all-mighty creator of reality. This giant leap can never land - since it has no basis in reality, or on earth - other than a thought, thought to be right, fought for righteously which is proof it is wrong.  We can listen and not hear, just as we can see but not see our own eyes. Seeing forms reveals there is an essential essence of substance that projects them.  We know more than we think when all we think we know is what we think.  Understanding offers the ability to see through forms that appear solid; like stops that seem unmoveable. and stuck so the fluid, flexible nature of our existence can be moved by awe and inspiration rather than the imagined force of opposition's charged resistance.    [email protected]

MOD episodes have no shelf-life or expiration date.  Our focus is principled -  so always happening now - so each episode reflects the fluidity and immediacy of the current events we all share. Sobriety is sanity from any compulsion. Emotional sobriety is sane living. It is not sane to think that thinking of it-self can become who we are and our reality - while it is nothing more than imagined.  Imagine that. Sanity is right here, right now, never wrong here or wrong now. Wrong is possible to think of while it has no applicable purpose or basis in reality.  Once wrong is thought to be right inner conflict, emotional turmoil, and mental anguish are honest reflections - of a fight waged for a life they cannot exist. Body language provides raw data so has no opinions. Any hell bent line of thought is useless while the resulting stress undermines all our bodily systems health.  Defective thinking misappropriates any “fund-a-mental” translation of sense.  Disturbances are felt immediately and collectively. Getting lost in identifying them individually obscures simplicity.  Their imagined collective impact will dissolve as their seemingly fractured “state of mind” is seen as fractional thoughts with zero as their denominator.  Images or illusions acting as reality are delusions, entertained simultaneously. Trying to feel better about what is wrong by looking away is more ignorance.  Feelings offer perspective on how well we're thinking about our thinking along with everything else that is happening.  What happens only occurs in the Present. Reactive, impulsive, and compulsive behaviors are all chronic attempts to escape the present. Lies promise is a broken promise.  To think we can escape to a place that is not here and now is impossible.  Insanity occurs in present thought believing  what we can imagine that is not now is reality.  Being driven insane suggests sanity is a joyride away somewhere other than now.  The resulting stress and anxiety from taking this thought centered in thought as our self undermines our human life form’s ability to function properly, health-“fully”, reason-“ably”, and logic-"ally". So by trying to save our “self” we are killing the body we are responsible for maintaining. We know more than we think especially when all we think we know is what we think. To love an image exclusively is to inherently hate reality, while thinking it is our "self".  Once we think thoughts are real we fight for what is right because we’re wrong. Human history is littered with this interminable inner fight trying to escape by condemning others for what they think. As long as we are not honest acting outwardly will be dishonest.  This misplaced, misguided, mistaken contempt for all the wrong we think we see is fighting to avoid the condemnation we experience for imagining we are only what we think. Thought-centered thought produces more thoughts. The "make-up" of our imagination is made up as are the roles we choose are the defective characters we play so the personas persist as long as we insist on resisting how we are choosing our thoughts as our experience.  Narcissus died staring at his image for so long that he never loved anyone or anything else. In cases like his obsessive food for thought is a starvation diet - that kills us.We can think again. Like any choice we are free not to choose so always free not to redo obsessive thoughts. To think thoughts are reality is a dream where fighting to overcome the nightmarish idea seems to become life’s purpose.  If fundamental ideas about our “self” and Life are wrong, our experience would naturally and especially feel conflicted. Creating imbalance and then chronically trying to maintain balance is futile and insane. The Present has no past or future, no regret or doom. We are as presence is: present now.  Experience contains all that can be known about what is happening now. There are no secrets in principles only in what we wrongly think we can keep to our self - that seep out. Lies, ego, the past and future only exist as illusions in thought. Thoughts create images that are reflections. Illusions as reality is Asking  to be intoxicated with obsessive thoughts trying to straighten things out is how feeling conflicted occurs. We only fight for and against our thoughts as long as we think they define us rather than what we think. Simplicity is the easiest thing to complicate. We know the difference between ease and dis-ease. Inner conflict, emotional turmoil and mental anguish are signs that we know something is wrong - and  that we know our knowing awareness is greater than we think. Pain occurs in the brain as a warning signal that we know something is wrong. Trying to feel better about it, overcome it or get away from it are all forms of denial and addiction to the idea that thought controls reality. To think we have nothing to do with what is happening creates the sick twist to prove that all we can do is suffer the consequences of re-choosing this dramatic role over and over again and again. It is not wrong thoughts but thinking they are right that is problematic. Trying to feel better about what is wrong is how addictive; reactive, impulsive and compulsive behaviors are triggered. Resistance to the problem, that we are causing, builds pressure that is depressing. This phenomena will grow as long as we resist, we insist it persist. We are free to think and do what we want. This right does not mean what we freely choose is right.  Reactive thoughts threaten our human life form and all other forms of life - even as any defensiveness poses as though it is saving them.  Any defensive preoccupation challenges our ability to express the breadth of our full functional capacity to act ably and beneficially. We are not driven crazy since since insanity is immediate to any choice to think wrong is right, or right is wrong.Narcissus died loving his image so much he never looked at or loved anything else or anyone. To love an image as reality is to hate and act loathsome to reality. Self hatred and fear is how we think of this dreamt up loathsome imagined tortuous self born only in thought thinking of itself. Self-made is made up so we call it our make up - as though it is fixed. This idea is broken. Thinking is something we do.  We cannot be what we do. Thinking is not the problem. To misuse thinking rightly feels impossible. We feel what we think of things. Life does not become impossible when we impose impossible thoughts on our experience. What is done is done, over and out. Redoing is always done presently. Doing anything over and over misses this point. We can always think again since we are always in the presence of all that is possible and can actually be done as it is happening  -  now. [email protected]
